This notice describes analytics on the public ortet.ai website. It does not describe future Ortet products, authenticated services, clinical workflows, or patient-facing systems.

Website analytics

Ortet uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, general engagement, outbound reading-resource clicks, traffic sources, and clicks on the contact email link. The contact event contains only the interaction method and page path; it does not send the email address or message contents.

Data boundaries

We do not intend to send Google Analytics names, personal email addresses, form contents, patient identifiers, protected health information, or fine-grained location. Analytics is limited to this public corporate website and must not be reused on authenticated, patient, clinical-service, or healthcare-delivery surfaces without a separate privacy and legal review.

Google provides information about how it safeguards Analytics data in its Analytics privacy and security documentation.

Data retention

We intend to retain user- and event-level Analytics data for no more than 14 months. Aggregated reporting may remain available under Google Analytics product behavior.
