A fundamental gap in care today is that the industry and its scientific tools focus on discovering what works at the population level, while it is individual patients we must focus on to deliver the best care.

Individualized care requires a broad view of the patient, the care they receive, and the system around them. Yet the information needed for such a view remains fragmented.

Addressing this gap requires bringing together biological, clinical, and operational dimensions to understand what will happen for an individual patient. This cannot be achieved through isolated models, one-off solutions, or even one company working alone.

Ortet is creating frontier AI for health from the ground up—compute, data infrastructure, and models to address this fundamental gap, by building and operating at every layer of AI. This gives us the ability and the freedom to keep advancing that intelligence with our partners, as science and the needs of care evolve.

Ortet is built to research, develop, and evaluate models that can infer individual-level health outcomes. Our effort will result in the Ortet Health Model—a shared intelligence foundation designed to learn from biological, clinical, and operational data in a closed learning loop, continuously improving its ability to predict what happens next and which actions are most likely to lead to better outcomes for patients, institutions, and every stakeholder in the society.
